Grandma Wardiah's Culinary Heritage Journey

Lomang Crackers is a signature culinary specialty of Kuok District, Kampar Regency, Riau pioneered by Grandma Wardiah since 1965. Named 'Lomang' because the unique cassava dough molding process uses banana leaves resembling lemang.

Preserved by the second generation Husni Marti (2010), and now developed by the third generation under PT. Gemilau Lomang Ummi (Lomang Ummi Rasubi).
